• We prefer to be one of the first institutional investors into pre-seed and seed stage startups.

• Initial investment of approximately $500k.

• Strong management team with a deep understanding of the problem statement, target customer, and value proposition.

• At least one full-time employee at time of investment.

• Wisconsin-based company

• Raising a first or seed round of capital

• Initial investment of approximately $500k

• Capable of being positioned for exit in 3-5 years

• Team with the skills, motivation, and commitment to execute the business plan and raise future rounds (earned insight with a right to win!)
